We offer free shipping Australia wide.
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of order.
Once shipped a tracking number will be sent out to you.
International shipping is available, for a shipping quote please contact email@example.com.
Please note our quote will not include import duty, which differs from country to country.
We advise you to check your countries customs rates before purchasing.
To ensure your rug is looking its best we encourage you to vacuum and shake it out regularly.
Avoid using a power head or beater bar as these can cause damage.
Airing your rug outside will also help to eliminate dust build up and odours.
Rotate 180 degrees every 6-12 months to ensure an even wear.
It is common for woollen rugs to shed excess fibres, this is completely normal and not a fault.
The shedding will ease overtime and eventually cease with regular vacuuming.
In the case of a spill, blot dry with a clean white absorbent cloth and repeat using only clean cloths.
DO NOT RUB, as this will force the spill further into the rug. Always check for colour fastness prior.
For more serious spills, after blot drying use warm filtered water and work from the margin of the spill into the centre to avoid spreading the stain. Allow the rug to dry.

Our products feature distinctive characteristics. Features typically found in these vintage pieces include uneven edges, natural fading and repairs. It is these imperfections and wear patterns which add to the character and charm of each piece.
NC Studio has a no refund policy on all rugs. This includes, vintage rugs, new rugs and custom orders unless it is deemed faulty or damaged. Incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind will not warrant a refund. In the unlikely event that your rug arrives damaged or faulty, please notify NC Studio within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please do not attempt to return the item before speaking to one of our team.
To arrange a return please contact us at email@example.com and include a detailed description of the fault/damage as well as supporting photos.
Once assessed, and if the item is deemed to be faulty or damaged by NC Studio we will require the rug to be returned within 7 business days.
We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for returned items.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
